Spharaka Networks Private Limited is a deep-tech cybersecurity company based in Bengaluru. We build Spharaka Sphere™, an AI-native platform that does the work of a security operations centre: it collects telemetry across endpoint, network, identity, cloud and OT, reasons about what it sees, and acts on its conclusions inside a policy the customer defines.

Three pieces of our own technology sit underneath it. SAGE™ is a cybersecurity-specific small language model rather than a general-purpose one, sized to run inside a customer's own data centre. AuraXP™ is a multi-agent fabric of forty or more agents that investigate and act on one shared case rather than as isolated automations. AirWatch™ is the governance layer that decides what the platform may do unaided, what needs a named approver, and what is prohibited outright, and records the evidence for all three.

The company exists because of a specific arithmetic. Automated attacks scale without headcount and analyst capacity does not, so a security operation whose throughput is bounded by the investigations people can finish in a day cannot close that gap by hiring, and tuning only trades missed detections for a shorter queue. Reaching a conclusion and acting on it without a person in the middle of every step is the one thing that changes the shape of that problem.

Because SAGE™ runs locally, the platform behaves the same on a network with no outbound connectivity as it does in the cloud, which is why it is deployed in banking, government, defence and industrial estates where telemetry cannot leave the boundary. Spharaka Signal™ extends the same loop into OT and ICS networks passively, without ever transmitting onto a control system, and Spharaka EdgeProtect™ covers the endpoint.
