Spharaka Networks Completes SOC 2 Type I Audit

    Hyderabad, India

Spharaka Networks Trust Center, where the SOC 2 position and the sub-processor list are published

Spharaka Networks Private Limited has completed a SOC 2 Type I audit. An independent auditor has issued a report on the design of the controls the company operates over security, covering the platform customers route their security telemetry through.

A SOC 2 Type I report describes whether controls are suitably designed as at a point in time. It is distinct from a Type II report, which examines how those controls operated across a period of months. Spharaka is pursuing Type II, and the Trust Center will state so when that report exists rather than before.

Why this matters for a security platform

Spharaka asks customers to route their most sensitive telemetry through Spharaka Sphere™: endpoint, identity, cloud, network and, where Spharaka Signal™ is deployed, industrial estates. A vendor making that request should expect to evidence how it handles the data rather than assert it.

That has shaped the architecture as much as the paperwork. Each deployment runs inside a customer-designated boundary, telemetry is not pooled across customers or used to train a shared model, and SAGE™ runs inside the deployment boundary, so reasoning over customer data happens where that data already lives rather than at an external model provider.

AirWatch™ governs what the platform may do unaided, holds anything higher impact for a named approver, and records what was done and why. The evidence chain that produces is the same artefact an auditor asks for.

    What customers can request

Organisations running a vendor assessment can request the SOC 2 report under NDA, together with security questionnaire responses, architecture documentation and data-flow diagrams, through the Trust Center or by contacting the team.

The Trust Center also publishes how customer data is handled, the sub-processors involved in running the website and services, and where to report a vulnerability. Spharaka does not hold ISO 27001 certification and the page says so plainly.
