Spharaka Networks Private Limited is incubated by the National Centre of Excellence for Cybersecurity Technology Development and Product Entrepreneurship, a joint initiative of the Data Security Council of India and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.

The centre exists for a specific national reason. India runs a very large share of its banking, government, defence and industrial infrastructure on cybersecurity products designed elsewhere, and the intelligence in those products increasingly runs elsewhere too. The NCoE was set up to change that by building indigenous product capability rather than indigenous services capability, which is the harder and more strategic half.

Made in India, and built that way for a reason

Spharaka is a Made in India deep-tech company. SAGE™ is its own cybersecurity-specific language model, trained on its own datasets and reasoning frameworks rather than adapted from a general-purpose model owned by somebody else, and AuraXP™ is its own multi-agent engine.

That matters beyond provenance. Most platforms that claim intelligence send security telemetry to a model hosted outside the country. SAGE™ runs inside the customer's own boundary, which is why Spharaka Sphere™ On-Premises behaves the same on an air-gapped network as it does in the cloud. What the incubation supports is an AI SOC platform in India, not an Indian deployment of one built somewhere else. Spharaka Sphere™ performs the security operations centre workload itself: it collects telemetry across endpoint, network, identity, cloud and OT, investigates what it finds, and acts inside a policy the customer sets.

As an autonomous SOC platform it does not stop at raising an alert. Built for Indian regulation, not adapted to it

Data localisation is an architectural property here rather than a configuration flag. Organisations governed by the DPDP Act, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, by RBI directions or by SEBI requirements cannot always allow security telemetry to cross a border, and a platform that reasons offshore cannot honour that however its contract is written.
